PERSONAL CONSULTATION: We meet in person and develop and agree upon a project brief. no fee
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SERVICE: We provide a consultation service, working hand in hand with you to help incorporate Ecologic features and permaculture site development into your project. We provide this service at whatever stage you are at, whether that be pre-design, throughout the design process or after the design has been drafted. If you have already engaged an architect or building designer, we communicate with them during this process. We offer recommendations to keep the project on-track and on-budget. Our industry experience means our clients enjoy cost efficiency through refined process and established trade and contractor relationships.
PRELIMINARY BUILDING AGREEMENT: We agree upon a Cost Plus Contract or a Fixed Price Contract.
QUOTE: (for Fixed Price Contract only) At a fixed fee we provide you with a comprehensive quote with a breakdown of project costs.
GREEN LIGHT: Legal contract signed, deposit paid.
PROGRESS PAYMENTS: Progress payments are made by you at select stages of the build. You receive regular updates as the build progresses.
HANDOVER: Receive keys with support provided after completion.
